IT/AV Support Specialist

The IT/AV Support Specialist is responsible for technical support, oversight, and customer service for all the computers, printers, telephones, peripheral devices, and audio-visual (AV) equipment at the George Eastman Museum.  In addition, this position is the primary resource responsible for all desktop support at the Museum and also responsible for inventory management, asset management, and documentation of this equipment.  This position is also tasked with the management of the helpdesk system (Numara Track-IT).
